I started True Property Builders in 2016 as I have passion for the building industry, with 15 years experience in residential building. I love interacting with clients, the design phase and watching their homes develop to their dream product.
Our team is great fun, professional and easy to get along with. We enjoy a cold beer at the end of the week to discuss everyone’s development.

Growing up I wanted to be a Tonka truck! then that turned into wanting to be an Architect throughout High School. Going to University wasn't for me so becoming a builder I got the best of both worlds, designing ways to build efficiently with high standards at cost effective prices. I started working as a builder in 2008 and qualified in 2012, with 13years of experience I am always learning and changing with the times.
I have been with the True Property Builders crew since 2019 as a site foreman teaching our great apprentices the skills and knowledge to become top builders. We have an amazing team who are always eager to learn and better their skills, together we are striving to build the future Aotearoa.

Hi, my name is Sean (api),
I have been a builder for the last 10+ years and have enjoyed every moment and challenge that came along with it.
I started my construction career laying concrete with my dad. Although it was a tough dynamic for both of us, I inherited a strong work ethic and enjoyed the physicalness of the job but always wanted to learn more about the building industry. So when I was offered a building apprenticeship I took it with open arms.
As one of the newest members, I can honestly say True Property has a good team that works together well.

In which, I have developed a strong belief in the high quality of work and professional customer service that True Property Builders embodies. Typically you can find me as the first one on site in the morning; ready to work. Alternatively, I may also be found relaxing with a cold beverage at the pool table.

I'm an apprentice builder from Whangaparaoa. As a kid I have always enjoyed wood working and crafting as a hobby.
I started working for True Property Builders early 2020 and have enjoyed everyday since, whether it's a new build or an extension. I always get to work with a good team on exciting projects that are completed to a high standard, the end result is always something I'm proud to say I worked on.
