“We unexpectedly found a seriously rotten joist under our floor, and needed an urgent repair. Richard attended the day after, fully understood our needs and arranged for Peter and Simon to come the following week to replace the joist and create a new drainage channel. This was not a straightforward job. They worked hard and long hours in spite of the wet weather which made the site very muddy. In spite of that, their work was of excellent quality, with attention to detail. They were conscientious, considerate and a pleasure to have at our home.
