Right from the start when we were introduced to Richard via recommendation, he made us feel completely at ease. “We unexpectedly found a seriously rotten joist under our floor, and needed an urgent repair. Richard attended the day after, fully understood our needs and arranged for Peter and Simon to come the following week to replace the joist and create a new drainage channel. This was not a straightforward job. They worked hard and long hours in spite of the wet weather which made the site very muddy. In spite of that, their work was of excellent quality, with attention to detail. They were conscientious, considerate and a pleasure to have at our home. “We recently needed some maintenance work done on our 40 year old house. Richard clearly advised us on what options we had to rectify these issues and the costs involved. His organisation and communication skills throughout the multi-stage project were excellent. The work started on the date advised and was completed within the predetermined time frame.
During the process an issue arose relating to the original build of the house. Richard and Pete promptly advised us of this unforeseen issue and the resolution options available to us. We appreciated this was brought to our attention and we subsequently contracted them to resolve these potential issues.
